Yellow Farm (SOLD)
Original Watercolor
Yellow Farm is an 1800's farm house in Limerick, Maine, sprawling with its attached barn, stone
walls, and varied pastures, across several acres of rural New England. Award winning artist, Diane
Snow, lives at Yellow Farm with her family as well as with a collection of rare Spanish Mustang
horses, dogs, and very agile chickens. Diane's education and focus as an artist have always been
centered on nature, but she has, in the last few years, found her niche in the world of horses, a
reflection of time spent in the round pen and on the backs of her own horses. Her work has won national
acclaim and is purchased from as far away as Japan and as close as her own backyard in Maine. Diane frequents
as many shows as possible throughout the region, but is happiest with either her paint brush or reins
in hand. Diane Snow has been invited to Blaine Mansion on two seperate occassions by Governor King and his wife
in recognition of her work.
Maine Native hangs in the mansion as part of the art collection.
